Hay litters the pristine sand dunes, as Team Commando, Team Michelle and Team Shannan struggle through the last few moments of the Super Challenge. They are all desperate to win an opportunity to rejoin The Biggest Loser.
Team Michelle is still hot on the heels of Team Commando who are surging forward with their hay bales. Both teams reach the top and they are now neck and neck to build their step-pyramid. However, Team Michelle is not as prepared as they originally thought - they are missing one crucial hay bale. While they go back down the dune to retrieve the stray bale, the Commando places the final bale on their pyramid and yells for Bryce to get up there and raise their flag. Bryce madly scrambles up and raises the winning flag! - Bryce and Michelle are back in the game!
The Commando says that looking at Bryce atop the hay pyramid, he looked like King Kong on top of the world - he couldn't be more proud of his recruits. But this means that Cosi, Nicola, Michael and Sheridan will not be going back into the house. Michael says that Bryce and Michelle do deserve a spot back in the house - he's sure they'll shake up the house when they get back.
Now away from the harsh sands of the dunes, Bryce and Michelle make their way back up the drive way they know all too well. In the house the Final 4 discuss the ramifications of having 2 intruders in the house. Garry feels that whoever makes it back into the house will be out for blood - they were eliminated in one way or another. There's knocking on the door and Sam scrambles to greet the newcomers. Kirsten isn't as enthusiastic - she hopes that by not ansering the door, the unwelcome intruders will just leave.
The Final 4 open the door and there stands Bryce and Michelle - Sam says that this is a very interesting turn of events. Alison says that it's incredibly hard to welcome people back into the house when they are clearly not happy to have them back. They all sit in the den and try to make conversation - the situation is incredibly awkward, the conversation stilted. Bryce says that out of everyone Sam seems the happiest to have them back. Kirsten says that having them back in the house feels like a step backwards…
The Final 4 meet upstairs to discuss their plans having now seen who has made it back in the house. Bryce and Michelle couldn't be the worst possible outcome for them - there are sure to make the last few weeks of the game a fight to the finish.
Alison walks down into the speaker room for a phone call home - today she's turning 35. Over the phone speaker she can hear her whole family sing her a Happy Birthday. She's missed almost all of her family's birthdays since being in the house and it's a tough situation for any mother to be in. Alison says that hearing her children has only renewed her determination to make them proud of her.
It's Last Chance Training for Bryce and Michelle, and the Commando greets them with two Black Team shirts: "Put them on - you deserve them". This training session was about not holding back. By being back in the house they need to step up tenfold to catch up to the Final 4 who are steering headlong into the finals without caution. But even with The Commando's persistent encouragement, Michelle is finding it difficult to keep up with the session and resorts to negative thinking, saying she can't do it. The Commando says that it all comes down to that small amount of extra effort that may mean the difference between staying above the Yellow Line.
Out on the lawns Shannan takes his ex-Blues for am almighty session. With the ex-Blacks back in the house he hasn't only noticed this team fire up, but he's noticed the same for himself! He's not about to let them down now with all of them so close to the end.
It's time for the Weigh-In, and the last 6 contestants enter the weigh-in room for yet another gamble with the Yellow Line. Ajay greets them into the Weigh-In and tells the Final 4 that they now have competition for the title in the form of Bryce and Michelle. Sam is first to weigh-in, and with his 1 kg weight advantage, he's hoping to pull a good number. The scales flicker - 100 kg! He's just shy of his personal goal of being less than 100 kg. But as he says at least the next time he gets on a set of scales the number that will come up will have a 9 in front of it. Garry is on the scales next and weighs in at 141.4 kg - a loss of 5.6 kg. The big man couldn't look more proud - his confidence is up and he can now see a future for himself.
Kirsten is up next and needs to lose at least 3.5 kg to move above Sam and Garry. She steps up on the scales and the screen flickers - 82.2 kg - a loss of 1.9 kg. She's now under threat of falling below the Yellow Line. Alison is next on the scales, and needs 3.2 kg to ensure another week in the house. She steps up on the scales and it reads: 79.9 kg! That is a loss of 3.5kg - Alison is safe for another crucial week.
It's time for the intruders to weigh in and Bryce is up first, needing 3.8 kg to stay safe. He steps up to the scales and the screen flickers - 93.7 kg, a loss of 4.1 kg. This result instantly puts Kirsten below the Yellow Line - and she's clearly not happy. Kirsten says implies to the whole room that Bryce may have cheated by not training while on the outside and saving weight to lose once he got back into the house, therefore forcing others under the Yellow Line. Bryce is not impressed by the accusation, but his result does push Kirsten below the Yellow Line - and it becomes obvious to Kirsten that her outspokenness could cost her a spot in the game.
Michelle is last to get on the scales. She gets on and the screen flickers - 93.9, which is only a loss of 100 grams. Its official - Kirsten and Michelle are up for Elimination…
