It's the first morning with the Eliminated 12 in the house, and Sheridan feels incredibly 'joyous' to be in the game again. She's a bit nervous about how the 2 contestants will be picked to enter the competition. All Alison can hope for is that it's not one of the strong guys.
In the ex-Black Team room, Michelle thinks that the Final 4 should be worried about Bryce. But Bryce isn't one to talk himself up - even though he's never felt better in his life.
In the ex-Red camp, Cosi says that he's keen to get into the Final 4. His freedom was fleeting, having only spent one night outside before having to return to the house. But he thinks he might as well give it a shot.

Shannan and Michelle run into the house expecting to start a 4-person training session. The look of their faces said it all - they were pleasantly shocked! As Cosi says their hard work and perseverance is right there on the couch staring back at them. Shannan couldn't believe his eyes when he sees Sean! Once an insulin-dependent diabetic, he's now off his meds and fighting fit! Michelle thinks Nicola is going to break hearts with her new figure. They are extremely proud of everyone, and they're glad to see them back in the house.

The contestants are called for today's challenge - the ever formidable Temptation. Ajay says that only the Final 4 will be competing. Each of them will be served 4 dishes, ranging from 100 calories to 1000 calories. Whoever eats the least amount of calories in each round will be knocked out. If more than one person eats then the game will continue into a second round. This will continue until only one person remains. However, the power to choose which dish they will be eating will be determined by the Eliminated 12 - much to their collective approval. The winner of Temptation will receive a 1 kg advantage in the next Weigh-In.

The Eliminated 12 are lead into a darkened room where they will be making their decisions. In the room are the first 4 dishes: Marshmallows, Caramel Slice, Sausage Roll and a Deep Fried Mars Bar. Cosi says that the group decision must be made based on which person they want to support or to hinder. With a show of hands they collectively decide to give Sam the 1 kg advantage, and so plan to serve the higher calorie foods to the rest of the Final 4.
With a gigantic Plasma TV to watch the carnage on, the Eliminated 12 sit and watch the Final 4 try to deal with their food selection.

The silver platters are brought in and Kirsten's lid is lifted - the Eliminated 12 has given her the 100 calorie marshmallows. This is a clear sign for Kirsten - they don't want her to win the 1 kg advantage. Alison is next with the second lowest calorie food and that was the Caramel Slice, which she admits as looking incredible. Not one to be left by the wayside, Alison takes Tempation and eats the Caramel Slice. Sam is next with the third highest calorie food: Sausage Roll. Sam says it was like Christmas - except that he only got one present, and it was a sausage roll. He eats the sausage roll and is one step towards fulfilling the Eliminated 12's master plan. Garry is served with the highest calorie food, the Deep Fried Mars Bar. At 1000 calories this was one Temptation that would prove extremely costly. Garry is clearly at two minds about succumbing to sweet - his reputation for not having much self control during Temptation is infamous. But Garry is a changed man - he doesn't want to return to the size he used to be. He passes on the Deep Fried Mars Bar and loses the first round.

Its Round Two of Temptation, and Alison is served the Caramel Slice once more - testing her determination to win Temptation. "No. Yes! No. Yes!" - Alison was obviously contemplating the Caramel Slice and its consequences carefully. But at the end she succumbs and eats the Caramel Slice. Alison says that at this point in time she should have realised that the Eliminated 12 wanted to take her down. Sam's lid is lifted and once again he's been served the Sausage Roll. He puts his hands together and looks up at the Great Unknown and says a little prayer of thanks. It's no surprise which food the Eliminated 12 have given Kirsten - the Deep Fried Mars Bar. Kirsten wants to see this through, and decides to eat the food! The Eliminated 12 could hardly believe their eyes!

Alison is knocked out of Round Two after eating the lowest calorie food. The showdown is between Kirsten and Sam, and their fate is in the hands of the Eliminated 12. Kirsten's lid is lifted and the 12 have given her the Sausage Roll, with Sam receiving the Deep Fried Mars Bar. The 12's strategy is clear - they have given Sam the advantage by allowing him to choose to win the 1 kg prize if he wanted to.

Kirsten is onto them, and tells Sam that she's willing to make a deal: She passes on her Sausage Roll if he passes on his Mars Bar. This way the decision of who wins the 1 kg weight advantage is left in the hands of the 12. Sam agrees to the deal and the decision is left to the 12.

Back in the darkened room, Sean asks everyone's opinion on who they should be awarding the 1 kg weight advantage to. Michelle is first to speak, saying that she wants to give it to Sam. Many echo her sentiments; except for Cosi who feels that this was a foolish decision, saying that both Kirsten and Sam have beaten them at their own game. Garry also thinks the 12's decision was made in poor judgement, saying that this is a game - it's about strategy. By giving Sam an advantage, the two coming into the game have essentially guaranteed their places below the Yellow Line…
