Walking into the den today, Shannan knew the contestants were at Temptation. Details are always hazy at first, but both Shannan and Michelle know that there must have been a valuable advantage at stake. As the 12 tell the trainers about what happened during Temptation, Michelle is shocked to hear that Garry didn't participate! Infamous for always succumbing to the test, he's proud of himself for not eating the 1000 calorie Deep Fried Mars Bar. Shannan is surprised however that Kirsten did eat the sickly sweet golden fried goodness of the Mars Bar! Out of everyone she has been the strictest with her eating and exercise - he knows she would have felt horrible.

Time to train and Shannan takes the Final 4 into the small gym for some post-Temptation training. It was all about super-high intensity interval training today, and as Garry says it's important not to let the 12 derail all the hard work they have gone through to get this far. Shannan says that Garry's transformation has been nothing short of amazing, but he's still under a preconceived idea about what he can and can't do. Shannan decides to test his speed on the treadmill - Garry has only even run at 14 km/h, but today Shannan is pushing it to the maximum level - 20 km/h! As Shannan gradually increases the speed, so Garry's confidence grows! At the end Garry is running at 20 km/h and amazes everyone in the gym. It's truly an enormous accomplishment for him.

Out on the front lawns Michelle prepares the 12 for a training session - this is the time for them to focus and really push themselves if they want a spot in the finals. Michelle decides to put together a basketball game going - for a bit of fun and variety. Everything goes well until Rachel throws a ball into Monica's back, injuring her. With that, the fun frivolous game of basketball turns nasty and Michelle calls it a day. Debbie says that things are bound to get violent if there are 12 people competing for a spot in the game.

The 12 assemble out on the front lawns for their first challenge. Cosi says that there must be over a ton of free weights sitting on the lawns - whatever the challenge was going to be, it would be painful! Ajay greets everyone and explains that today's challenge is the first opportunity for the Eliminated 12 to get back into the game. After Monica's incident during the basketball game she will be sitting out the challenge. Ajay explains the rules of the challenge: each of the 12 will stand on the sandstone blocks in front of them, holding a barbell across their shoulders. One by one, each of them will nominate another contestant in the group to receive a weight - each at 10 kg increments. The first 6 people who fall off their sandstone block, or put their barbell down will be eliminated from the challenge and from the game.

Ajay continues, saying that those left standing at the end of the Stacks On weight challenge will go on to participate in the Super-Challenge to fight it out for the 2 remaining spots in the finals.

The Eliminated 12 each put their barbells on their shoulders, and the challenge begins. As each contestant nominates a person to add weight to it became increasingly obvious who they are targeting: Cosi and Sean. Both of these players are significant threats in the game, and if either of them makes it back into the house they would cause serious grief to the Final 4. Weight after weight and Cosi is yet to show the strain, even with the ruthless targeting by Sheridan and the like. Cosi enlists the help of Rachel and a few others to help him eliminate Sean - this is becoming a test to see who would buckle first. Shannan is amazed at Cosi's strength and determination, and even Michael admits that Cosi's poker face surprised him. After the first 3 rounds Nicole, Debbie and Carrianne had stepped down - only 2 more needed to drop before the challenge was over. Cosi is starting to feel the strain of over 90 kg on his back however. If he could last a few more rounds and get his allies to put more weight on Sean then he's got the challenge in the bag.

Michael, in a surprise alliance with Cosi decides to add more weight to Sean - and Sean can't believe it. Sean asks: "What happened to the Blue Team? What happened to loyalty?" Cosi adds another 10 kg to Sean immediately and the big man begins to buckle heavily. Not able to take anymore Sean drops his weight in a fit of frustration - he couldn't be more disappointed. Alison couldn't be more proud of him though - he's a different man to who he was at the beginning. Rachel, with her job done in getting rid of Sean also drops her weight, unable to take the strain any longer.

With 6 of the original 12 bowing out of the challenge (including Monica) the challenge was over and the first cull has been decided.

Michael felt incredibly guilt for allying with Cosi, especially after seeing Sean slumped on the ground - a broken man in more ways than one. But before she could reach him after the challenge Shannan intercepts and asks why he did what he did. Michael just slumps next to Sean, tears streaming down his eyes at the realisation that he had broken the Blue Team bond. But Sean is quick to remind him that it is every man for himself and that it's now time for him to fire up and tackle the next challenge head first. With the end of the challenge it was time to say goodbye to the eliminated 6: Nicole, Carrianne, Monica, Debbie, Rachel and Sean. They are all sad to leave, but happy to be part of the experience once more.

It was now time to pick the teams for the second and final challenge for the Eliminated 12. Michelle picks Nicola and Cosi, staying true to her Red Team. Shannan picks Michael and Sheridan, leaving Michelle and Bryce the last remaining contestants. But this did not mean they were out of the game! With that The Commando runs up the drive way to reclaim his former recruits! Michelle and Bryce couldn't be happier.

The Teams are set and the stage is set for the gruelling Super Challenge!
