Shannan and Michelle run down the White House drive way, both of them knowing something big has happened - it's coming down to the last few days of competition and nothing can ever be expected to be what it seems.

The contestants sit in the den waiting for their trainers. Shannan does his head count and breaths a sigh of relief to see his Ex-Blues intact yet again. The contestants tell the trainers about Temptation, and what happened during the challenge. Both Shannan and Michelle are surprised to hear that no one went for Temptation - Shannan says that it's an incredible display of unity, and is evidence that they can make excellent food choices in future. Because of the contestant's healthy eating habits and hard training they have lowered their blood pressure and their cholesterol - greatly improving their lives forever.

Its time to train! Kirsten says that the last few training sessions are vital for an all-Blue final. There's no other way to get there than to stay above the Yellow Line. Alison says it would be spectacular to have all three of them on the podium. At this stage Shannan says that all the contestant's bodies are hurting, but if their heads keep focused then their bodies have no choice but to follow. Shannan wants to remember this session, and remember it for how they showed him just how hard they can go.

Out on the lawns, Michelle puts Bryce and Garry through some sprint training. Bryce knows that every session is vital. Michelle sets a target for the training session just to make sure Bryce and Garry are training at their hardest: 100 calories burned every 10 minutes. This can only mean one thing for the contestants - hard work!  Michelle says Bryce is extraordinary in his training; he really has stepped up and enjoys his training. Garry however feels a little held back this week due to injuries and a mental block. But Michelle says that she's not about to let that get in Garry's way. She gets Garry to do an intense set of sprints around the lawns to make him work! No excuses and no victims in the Red Team! At the end Bryce burned 797, with Garry burning 457 calories after his sprint session. Michelle says there's no reason why both of them can't get into the finals - they just need to bring it on!

The contestants assemble out on the driveway to send Alison off for her walk. Sam says that what the worst thing about The Walk is waiting for the person to come back. Sam and Kirsten discuss that during the last Elimination Ajay mentioned that their 5 could be reduced to 4 at some point during the week. Garry and Bryce talk about possible outcomes also. Garry says that for anyone to be cut out now would be devastating…

Meanwhile Alison continues her walk, growing increasingly nervous as she gets closer to her goal. She says that she'd hate to have to give her Ultimate Immunity to someone should that be the outcome of the Walk. The parkland is so beautiful and quiet yet Alison can't shake the unsettling feeling in her stomach. Alison reaches the vessel at the end of the pier, but there's no Ajay! It's just her and the vessel. And there's only one vessel. Not able to wait any longer Alison grabs the stone from inside the vessel and reads the message: "Your immunity is in jeopardy. Return to the White House immediately!". All Alison can think is "when will this end???"

Alison returns to the White House to find Sam, Kirsten, Garry and Bryce standing in the drive way next to Ajay. In front of them is a silver platter atop a table. Ajay explains that Alison has won a ticket to the finale, and whatever the outcome of the Weigh-In will be she cannot be eliminated. However, before she can take her spot on the podium she needs to make a very important decision - Alison is about to be made an offer. Ajay says that since being in the White House Alison has lost a whopping 41.8 kg, which translates to 34.35% of her total body weight. The offer is this: for every percent Alison has lost, she will be offered $1000! Ajay lifts the platter lid to reveal $34,000! However, taking this offer means that she will have to relinquish her position in the game, meaning that she will have to give up her position in the finale and will no longer be eligible to compete for the $200,000 prize money. Ajay says that she only has 2 minutes to decide! Her time starts… now!

Alison feels that $34,000 can go a long way, especially for a mum with three kids - school fees, mortgage, bills etc. Time is up and Ajay calls for Alison's decision. Alison says that when Michelle beat her by 100 grams for the chance at $50,000 she was really happy that she did not have to face that decision, as at the time she wasn't ready to leave. Alison says that she didn't come into the house for the money, it was about completion - she won't be taking the money. Bryce couldn't be prouder. But even though Alison didn't take the cash out, doesn't mean the deal is over. With that, a table is wheeled in front of Garry, Sam, Bryce and Kirsten - they are each offered their weight loss percentages in cash. The catch is the same - take the cash and forfeit your spot in the game. Ajay spells out the rules: each contestant will be given 1 hour to make their decision, after which the first person to hit the gong announces that they will be taking the money. It's a difficult decision for everyone, but Ajay says that in the Trophy Room is something that may help them make their decision.

In the Trophy Room sits a DVD for the contestants. It's footage of the past finales, with key figures from past seasons: Harry, Fiona, Pati, Adro and Chris. Then the subject shifts to footage of all of them, from their first weight in to the latest one - it really puts into perspective the journey they have accomplished! Sam looks at it this way: he's been offered $35,000 - that's 35,000 reasons to leave the game…
